1.- How can you introduce yourself, so that people in Asia know you...
I am an independent woman, very active. My life is fitness and business. I studied administration and a master's degree in finance. I have more than 20 years in the fitness world and more than 15 years as a professional in real estate. I always seek to enjoy what I do, enjoy life, the people around me and everything that life gives me. I am very grateful to God and try to give back his grace by supporting other people who need it.
2.- You are a Spinning, zumba and swimming instructor. What is your weekly routine?
From Monday to Friday I teach swimming lessons from 06:00 to 07:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00 hrs. And zumba and spinning from 07:30 to 09:30 and from 19:30 to 21:30. As you can see, I teach very early and in the late evening and the rest of the day I attend my business.
3.- Do you study and / or work? How do you handle beauty with your activities?
I have my business in real estate, fashion and fitness. During the day I dedicate myself to supervise the activity of each one of them. I am not the common doll that only enjoys life and shows its physique, I am an enterprising woman who sets goals and reaches them.
4.- What is the exercise or routine that you like to work in the gym?
Even if you don't believe it, I have a tendency to gain weight, so I like to do cardio to burn calories. I don't practice it fully but I like the box too.
5.- Since when do you dedicate yourself to beauty?
I worked as a model since I was 20 years old, I have had very nice experiences and met wonderful people in that environment. Currently I have set aside a bit for dedicating myself to business.
6.- How is your family's support?
Well, family is not only the one to whom you are united by blood, but also people with whom you have counted on this long road called life. I have received the support of several people who have guided me, encouraged me and inspired me. I would have liked my parents to see me now, but unfortunately since I was 15 I was an orphan.
7.- What is your dream trip?
I would love to visit the East, know all those enigmatic sites of Japan, China, as well as Southeast Asia, as well as their cultures. They look so splendid, with places so paradisiacal that they seem taken from a princess story.
8.- What is your favorite food?
I love Italian food, pasta, pizza. And of course Mexican food
9.- What are your personal projects in the medium and long term?
I am interested in continuing to strengthen my business and expand to other regions by creating a profitable business model in the real estate industry. As well as creating a civil association to which Veracruz entrepreneurs can be integrated in support of homes for older adults as well as children's homes, which have many shortcomings because they are not supported by the government.
10.- Could we expect to put together a small gallery of photos of you, to be published on our website, with the aim that the Asian public can see you fully and meet you?
Of course it will be a pleasure to share a little of my life in images.
11.- What do you know about Southeast Asia?
I know that it is an area very visited by tourists for its known natural beauty that has given it an international reputation. Who would not like to know places like Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, among others, all full of splendid tourist routes.
12.- A wish for today's society?
That there is more love and respect so that there are fewer wars and on the contrary, we support each other. Since we are all brothers.
13.- A message for the care of our planet ...
We must do everything in our reach either in our homes and in our lives to preserve our planet. We can no longer be apathetic to what is happening, we have to actively participate in the initiatives that have been formed around the world to support to restore the natural order of our world.
