1.- Please, how can you introduce yourself, so that people in Asia know you.
Hi, I'm Karen Yael Strauss, Mexican with German ancestry, I love rock and metal, although I enjoy dancing a lot, I love spending time with my family and with my pets.
2.- We know that you are a model and a traveler. What is your weekly routine to complement your activities?
If I love traveling and modeling, both are my passion. A normal day with karen: I wake up 6:30 am, breakfast, training, modeling and online work, especially on my Karenyael.com website, food is usually always a good reason to socialize with my friends or work, finishing I go home to walk my pets, bear a bulldog and cinnamon a coker to rescue and adopt, later I have dinner while enjoying a series on Netflix, immediately to prepare everything the next day and before sleeping work on my social networks ! I sleep 11:30 pm.
3.- You are also a fitness girl… Since when do you practice it and what is your training plan?
As a child I practice skating, although I don't usually do it anymore, I love it (I think it's time to retake it), and I love training weights, 3 times a week leg, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Tuesday shoulder and back, Thursday chest and arm. At the end of 25 to 40 minutes of cardio (depends on how many energies you have).
4.- What is the exercise or routine that you like to work in the gym?
I definitely love doing leg and gluteus, pyramidal.
5.- Since when do you dedicate yourself to beauty?
From the age of 13 I started to do Cosplay, as a result of that I was invited to model in various Mexican magazines for teenagers, I left on covers, that's where it all began.
6.- How has your family's support been in your beginnings?
He supported a lot although they conditioned me that I had to continue studying, so that they would continue to support me.
7.- What is your dream trip?
Europe when I was little, but over the years, traveling to any unknown place is a dream come true, meeting new people, different countries, different cuisine. UFF MAXIMUM!
8.- What is your favorite movie?
The Lord of the rings.
9.- What are your personal projects in the medium and long term?
Keep improving in everything I already do today, especially in the emotional, because when you manage to dominate the mind, you have everything. In the future I want to have my own clothing brand!

11.- What do you know about Southeast Asia?
I know I have to meet him someday, they are magnificent countries, with beautiful landscapes, culture and gastronomy IMPACTING!

We all love social networks, they have us more connected, but please do not forget to enjoy their families and their pets we have very little time in this life, and they are the most important! (Of course, don't forget to upload a picture of how they spend it with them 😉).

Please leave the Plastic, buy a thermos for water instead of buying water every day, zero straws, when we are in the supermarket, carry our ecological bag, do not litter in the street, sterilize our Mascostas ... those can Be some of the few things we can start doing to rescue our beautiful planet.
