I'm fitness model, athlete and presenter.
2.- We know that you are a successful Fitness Model. When did you discover your passion? How have your beginnings been?
I started at 30 years old because of a love disappointment, I spent hours in the gym wanting to forget hahaha there I met my mentor currently my husband Guillo Garces fitness leader in Colombia. He guided me through this fitness world that is my passion.
3.- What is your weekly routine?
I train 5 days a week leg and one day top train I always do fasting cardio and after my weight routine
4.- Do you study and / or work? How do you handle beauty with your activities?
My job is the live fitness of my passion this is the best.
5.- Since when do you dedicate yourself to beauty?
From a young age I started as a protocol model.
6.- How is the support of your family and loved ones?
At first it was complicated because you totally change your habits but as you see the achievements support you more ... my husband's support was always there in believed in me from the beginning.
7.- What is your dream trip?
You know Europe and Asia.
8.- What is your favorite food?
The Paisa tray.
9.- What are your personal projects in the medium and long term?
Personally, grow the family, have a baby, and in the work, have my brand of fitness products.
